My Vax rapid power plus machine arrived…
My Vax rapid power plus machine arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I followed the instructions to the letter. The results on my carpets, rugs, and upholstery have been tranformative. All in all I am very pleased with the results and I am happy with this machine which will save me money and time in the long run.

Faulty battery…
Thought I’d have to buy a new machine as this had been purchased as a gift for me for my new house. Carly at customer service quickly resolved this and located the registration warranty and guided us through changing ownership and ordering a replacement battery. Very happy and quick service! Thanks to Carly!

Generally, Very Good Customer Support
I accessed the website to get information about an issue I was having with the product (Steam Mop). The journey through the website was quick and easy - I was looking for their phone number or how to access Online Chat. Quickly gave up trying to phone as you just get pushed through many hoops. (Hence the 4 * score). I bit the bullet and ccessed through Online Chat. The wait to be connected wad a wee bit long but the support person certainly knew their stuff and quickly got me sorted out.

Contacted Lucybeth at Vax via live chat ref a faulty battery on my Vax vacuum. Despite some complications along the way, Lucybeth politely and professionally talked me thru a process via live chat which lead to a replacement battery under the warranty . Thank you Lucybeth .

We needed a replacement part for our Vax cordless vacuum cleaner. We had no idea what the part was even called but Heather was absolutely brilliant. We’re not exactly computer literate but the process was easy to understand, we even sending photos!

I contacted Vax about a problem with a battery for ONEPWR and found them helpful. Unfortunately the item mentioned was not delivered by the courier so I contacted Vax again today. Helpful again - used the Live Chat service and was transferred from a Bot to Lauren , who has reordered the item for me. Great and helpful contact.

I have never had to use the on line fault find app and at over 70 jasmine help me through with enthusiasm and tolerance to my slow typing.

I thought I had a problem with a faulty…
I thought I had a problem with a faulty battery charger so ordered a replacement. I had to contact Customer Services as I was still unable to recharge the OnePwr battery. Amanda in Customer Services was very professional and soon diagnosed a faulty battery. A new battery is on its way. Thank you VAX
